Do you have an operator at my event?

Yes! We have an operator at all of our client events. 

 

How much space do I need for the booth?

The booth is 85 cm (31.5 Inches)  in width and length. So we need at least 100 cm to ensure space and liability.

How many people can get on the booth at one time? 

3 people to be on the safe but we saw four people at one time. 

 

How does my client get the fast and instead video? They will receive the digital video as soon as they are done with their poses via sms, email, or airdrops. The video will be sent, so fast that they can share it on all of their social as soon as possible with your hashtags. 

 

If I wanted a song in the background for my video, how do I send the song?

You would send the song as soon as you make the payment. 

 

Do I get photo props to add more fun? 

Yes, all of our packages come with photo props of either fake money or a cover-up for your face.

 

Is the 360 worth renting out?

Yes, 360 added more fun and excitement to your event. Most of our client and their guest loves the fun they have and the space of having more than one person in the booth with them.

 

What do I do when I get to the booth? 

You and your guest can be themselves.

What type of payment method is accepted?

We accept payment using Zelle with his email kingdfirstmediallc@outlook.com and Paypal invoice. 

 

Would I be able to cancel?

You can cancel the booking as soon as possible. We will refund you 50% of your payment that you have already paid. Also, cancellation must be made a week in advance. 

​

After my event how would I be able to get the online gallery?

We will send you a copy of your choice or a UBS or website link.
